MARIA ABAROA
Maria Puig de la Bellacasa is from Madrid, now based in London. Maria is pictured with Gema Parrilla at the MIRACLES Birthday Party at London’s Roof Garden.

ROBERT BEAN
Robert Bean is MIRACLES’ Honorary Treasurer. He is a partner with London Accountants, Grunberg & Co. He is pictured with his wife, Anna, at MIRACLES’ Goodwood Ball in Sussex. Anna has now accepted an invitation to join the board.

JOSEPH CARUSO
Joseph Caruso is a generous responder to our 2010 appeal for the Miracles' Roma Project, Joseph Caruso has now accepted an invitation to join the Miracles Board of Trustees. Joseph is chairman of Mineral Commodities Limited (MRC) and International Ambassodor for the United Nations Association of Western Australia where he lives with his wife, Carolyn.

THEO ELLERT
With over forty years of experience in charity, Founder Trustee, Theo Ellert oversees MIRACLES on a day-to-day basis from its Head Office based in her home on the South Coast. She is pictured with one of the children at the Handicapped Children’s Kindergarten in Mostar, BiH.

SILVIA GIL-ALBERDI
Silvia is another of our Spanish Trustees and a key member of the MIRACLES Events Committee.

CHARLES HORNUNG
Charles Hornung is a long standing member of The Friends of Miracles Support group. Originally from West Sussex, he worked as Director of IT at New Star Asset Management from concept to demise in 2008. Now a financier specialising in commodities in his spare time Charles is reviving Miracles "Friends" concept.

FATHER MICHAEL O’MALLEY
Father Michael is a frequent visitor to Bosnia, leading pilgrimages to the Shrine of Medjugorje. He is pictured with Marie-Antoinette Pereire at the Opening of a special Workshop sponsored by MIRACLES at the Rotimlija Rehabilitation Centre near Mostar.

MARIE-ANTOINETTE PEREIRE
Marie-Antoinette is Chair of the MIRACLES’ Board of Trustees. She and her husband Marc have been the mainstay of MIRACLES since its inception. Their home in Kensington is the MIRACLES London base and thanks to Marc, we have Mirabaud & Cie as our bankers. Marie-Antoinette is pictured with Ann Hutley and disabled Mum, Nikki Malins, at a MIRACLES’ Picnic on the Wintershall Estate.


MIRACLES’ MANAGEMENT TEAM

ROBERT LINLEY-MUNRO is MIRACLES’ Chief Executive—a Master Mariner with 35 years of sea-going experience. He joined MIRACLES in 1999.

MATTHEW PROCTER MBE is Head of Mission for MIRACLES Bosnia who joined MIRACLES at its conception during the Bosnian War. He was awarded an MBE in 2006 for his humanitarian work amongst the youngsters of that war-torn country.

JAMES BURTON is Project Director of MIRACLES Bosnia who joined MIRACLES in 2008 after ten years with The Financial Times. He is married to journalist, Caroline Scott.

DEBORAH ALDRIDGE based at Head Office in Sussex, Debbie is the Casework Co-ordinator for MIRACLES’ volunteer Caseworkers in the UK. She also runs the MIRACLES’ charity E.Bay site.

THE MIRACLES FOUNDATION OF SWITZERLAND.

La Fondation Miracles Suisse has been established specifically to support The MIRACLES Centre in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The Board of La Foundation Miracles comprises Marie-Antoinette Pereire, Pierre-Laurent Bel and Ingrid Tissot.

Pierre-Laurent Bel is Vice President of La Fondation Miracles. He is Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Mirabaud & Cie. in Geneva.

Marie-Antoinette Pereire is President of La Fondation Miracles.


Ingrid Tissot runs La Fondation Miracles in Switzerland. It was at her initiative that La Fondation Miracles was established in September 2008. Ingrid is pictured with Matthew Procter at the Foundation's inaugural event in Geneva.
