THEO’S TRIKE TRECK 2021 UP-DATE 16TH JUNE
Mileage now: 65!

I know I’m overdoing it a bit but I am so determined to reach the 81 miles before time runs out. That gives me another 15 days: Should be enough—if my knees and ankles hold out!!!
How glorious last Sunday was. I hope yours was as good as ours.
Mine was made extra special as I had my son, Badger and Grandson, Bertie with me.
Early afternoon they headed for the water: the tide was perfect, there were lots of people around but no crowds, just people of all ages enjoying the swimming and all the other water sports we have here: wind and kite surfing, paddleboarding, water-skiing—and, of course, canoeing—Badger’s favorite pastime. I took my trike: my trusted ‘charger’ right down to the edge of the beach and just sat there, surveying the scene and feeling so proud of my two ‘babies’ out there on the deep blue sea.
What a lovely place we live in. Nowadays I sit and watch the sunsets —and all the dog-walkers and strong, healthy, windswept fellers in their wet suits, carrying their canoes, kites, and sailboards home after a long day’s sport.
That brings to mind why I am doing this Trike Trek.
I REALLY NEED YOU TO HELP ME TO GET THE LIMBS OUR PATIENTS NEED TO FOLLOW THEIR FAVORITE SPORT. ITS VERY SIMPLE:
