If you are a holiday guest we will remove your data 3 years after your last booking if no further communication has been made.

We instruct third parties to act on our behalf, these include payment processing, service and product delivery and account access. Miracles takes all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is handled safely and securely and we only share data to enable agents acting on behalf of Miracles to deliver the full service or product offered.

When making a booking, when you give us information about another person you confirm that they have appointed you to act for them, to consent to the processing of their personal data, including sensitive personal data.
The information contained in any correspondence with us along with your email address and other details will only be used by Miracles in order to respond to your particular enquiry. It will not be given to any third party that is not associated with Miracles and its businesses without contacting you in advance.
