We are the controller of the personal data that we gather. The terms we, our or us means Miracles Registered Charity Number 1041449 (thereafter Miracles), registered with The Information Commissioner.

The personal data we collect varies depending on your involvement with us. You may be a recipient of Miracles financial aid, a supporter of Miracles, or a guest at a Miracles function. We will delete your data if you request we do so.
If you are a holiday guest we will remove your data 3 years after your last booking if no further communication has been made.

We instruct third parties to act on our behalf, these include payment processing, service and product delivery and account access. Miracles takes all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is handled safely and securely and we only share data to enable agents acting on behalf of Miracles to deliver the full service or product offered.

It will not be given to any third party that is not associated with Miracles and its businesses without contacting you in advance.
