Calla's 2.6 challenge for Miracles

Updated: May 20, 2020

Calla Spires took part in the 2.6 Challenge - a nationwide campaign to inspire people to raise money for a charity of their choice - so many charities are know unable to run essential fundraising events.

Calla challenged herself to cycle to 26 different boat/rowing clubs across London in 2.6 hours. She estimated that she travelled around 35km between clubs. She took pictures in front of each boat club to prove it! Watch the video here.

Her chosen charity is Miracles, which is a charity that works to support families living in poverty and facing crisis in the UK and also provides prosthetic limbs to citizens in Bosnia who have been injured by landmines.

There are more details about the 2.6 Challenge and Miracles the charity in her 'My Story' section of her fundraising page – you can still donate https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/CallaSpires

Calla has raised over £400 for our work to date - a huge thank you from us all at Miracles and from all the children and families we can support thanks to your commitment.
